Dear Guests, to ensure safety and comfort of the House Stay during their stay , we have clarified some guidelines :-
Room Check In is From 3 P.M., Check Out is Until 12.30 PM after that Rs. 299.00 Charge Per Hrs.
PHS bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings.
Room Service is not available if any case required Extra Charge Rs. 299.00 From 21.00 to 7.00 Hours Kitchen Closed if required after that Rs. 299.00 Charge Per Hrs.
It is not allowed to bring food and beverage from Outside in the House. Housekeep the right to move this food and beverage.
For any damage caused by the Guest to the House Property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the Property.
From 21.00 to 7.00 Hours is the time of night peace. We invite every guest to be careful during this period and no cause noise that can disturb other Guests.
We assume that the Guests are familiarised and fully understand the Home Rules at the beginning of their stay in Our Home Stay.
